If there was a 60/20/20 split between farmer, neighbours and wider community, then there would be consensus for more viable projects. that&#039;s called sharing the economic rent.

The government could then sell local council bonds to finance the new wind turbines, with the spoils from the turbnes to pay it off over 20 years, helping to keep the profits in the community.</description>
